Mua Roi Nuoc or Water Puppet is a unique art which has it origin in the delta of the Red river in the tenth century. The farmers in this region devised a form of entertainment using what natural medium they can find in their environment. In ancient times, the ponds and the rice paddies after harvest were the stage for these impromptu shows. This art form is unique of Vietnam and only finds its way to the world stage in recent years as a result of the normalized relation with the West.

–6:00PM: Our driver will pick you up at the hotel in Hue to start fantastic evening . Immerse yourself in a traditional art form closely connected with the spiritual life of the Vietnamese people. Be amazed by the skillful puppeteers who stand behind a screen and control puppets using long
bamboo rods, string mechanisms hidden beneath the surface of the pool of water. Be mesmerized as the pool becomes the stage! Hear traditional music from Vietnam played by the orchestra and
listen to songs that tell the story being performed. Although the shows are exclusively in Vietnamese, the tales depict rural life in villages and are easy to understand.
–7:30PM: Enjoy dinner at an ancient garden house more than a houndred years old.
Upon arrival, a hospitable family is waiting to welcome you. It’s time to open up some gentle talk about their house, garden, family traditions… and equally you may browse their proud garden. Enjoy Hue home-making dishes with warmly atmosphere. After that you will experience to relax with herbal footbath.
